Hello hello again!
Here’s a fun little playlist for your Tuesday evening! You can jam to it while you check out my latest Instagram post for the Bridal Makeup I did today!
So, here are a couple of photos of the makeup I did on my client! Also, the rundown of everything I did is below!
Primer/foundation: Laura Mercier Radiance Primer.
Concealer (Under-eye): Benefit Erase Paste Brightening Concealer in fair.
Brows: Benefit Gimme Me Brow in medium/deep.
Eyes: (Primer) NARS “Pro Prime” Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base.
Shadow: I did a soft winged eyeliner, (mix of black liquid liner and brown pencil smudged out a bit, on the bottom lash line as well) with a couple of different brown/neutral shimmery eyeshadows on the lids. I tight-lined with a black eye pencil and lined the waterline with the same brown pencil used on the upper and lower lash lines.
In the tear ducts and below the waterline along the brown pencil, I put a Japanese gel – intensely silvery/glittery – liner. I can’t remember the brand. I also put a bit of The Balm Mary Lou Manizer in the tear ducts to brighten them even more.
Cheeks: Lightly contoured with Mac Harmony (in their blushes). On apples of cheeks, I applied Mac’s Modern Mandarin to create a rosy, flush cheek.
Highlight: The Balm Mary Lou Manizer on the bridge and ball of nose, cheekbones, lightly on the temples and cupids bow (above the lip line). I also applied some of the highlighter to the highest point of her eyelid to bounce off light and glow even more.
Eyelashes: No falsies here – it’s all in the primer! Clinique Lash Building Primer. Seriously, it’s amazing.
The mascara we used is the bride’s own from Japan! The ever-amazing Shiseido Majolica Majorca Lash Expander Edge Meister in black.
Lips: Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick in Nude Delight, with a light top coat of Mac’s Dazzleglass in Date Night.
And there you have it! That’s the look. If I missed something, or you have a question about something specific, let me know!
Enjoy the tunes! xo
