So…today is a special day cus it’s my good pal and Canadian gal Jenna Lane’s birthday! I’ve known this beauty for almost 5 years now – crazy! Sadly, I am not in Nashville to celebrate with her today but hey, I can do something special here right?

Ingredients๐
โ๏ธ coffee! (I made decaf @purity_coffee (HULLOSAM to save $$) and then put it in the fridge to get cold overnight!)
๐ฅ 1/3 cup milk of choice
๐ 1 tsp maple syrup
๐จ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
๐ฅ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @promix)
๐ง 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions๐
๐ฉโ๐ณ Blend all ingredients either with a frother or in a shaker bottle
๐ง Pour over iced coffee or no ice at all (my preference lol) and enjoy!
