Monday, Monday, Mondaaaaay…here we are, this week is gonna be awesome you guys! I get to see my sis and closest pals Wednesday night. Super pumped! I may not post anything that whole week since I’ll be wanting to take time to hang with fam and friends in Nashville. Ingredients๐
โ๏ธ coffee! (I made decaf @purity_coffee (HULLOSAM to save $$) and then put it in the fridge to get cold overnight!)
๐ฅ 1/3 cup milk of choice
๐ 1 tsp maple syrup
๐จ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
๐ฅ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @promix)
๐ง 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions๐
๐ฉโ๐ณ Blend all ingredients either with a frother or in a shaker bottle
๐ง Pour over iced coffee or no ice at all (my preference lol) and enjoy!
