Bali Botanic 100% Pure Organic Lavender Essential Oil

 

Essential oils have always been my thing. Whether it be for a great nights sleep, to help me kick a cold, for purification purposes, to aches and pains. EO’s are the best! I’ve tried many different oils, but lavender is definitely one of my favourites. It’s funny because you think, “Oh all lavender oils are going to smell the same…” – wrong! I have totally noticed a difference in essential oils and their scent/potency through out different brands.

Bar and Lou, the founders of Bali Botanic, gave up their jobs in London in search of adventure and a simpler, more natural lifestyle in Bali, Indonesia. They decided to pursue and create a company that used only wild and healthy aromatic plant crops which have been cultivated without the use of fertilizer or pesticide. Voila, their wonderful Lavender Oil was born! It’s their first product and I can’t get enough!

 

That being said, I love that this Bali Botanic Essential Oil is %100 organic and pure. It stands up to my green beauty standards and is beautifully scented, as far as the typical “lavender” scent goes. It isn’t as earthy, or muddled with other scents as some essential oils are. It’s a very accurate lavender smell, and very clean. (By clean, I mean no other undertones.) This lavender oil is of really high quality, and its absorption into my skin was actually a bit better than other EO’s I compared it to. I love to mix it with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or coconut oil to use as a body oil/moisturizer. I also love diffusing it in my room before bedtime, as well as dabbing a bit with a cotton ball around my pillow corners! It eases my mind, relaxes my muscles and just smells divine!
