So…here I am again, two days late. It’s Wednesday and I never got to post a Monday Playlist. The reason really was that I was gone to Kansas City over the long weekend I had off. So, I was consumed with my trip and my friends and ALL THE FUN AND FOOD! :)
I again will be out of town tonight and all weekend for a wedding. But, as of right now, I am sitting here with time to spare and a nice little playlist for you! So, if you can make peace with me in your hearts…here it is:

Ingredients๐
โ๏ธ coffee! (I made decaf @purity_coffee (HULLOSAM to save $$) and then put it in the fridge to get cold overnight!)
๐ฅ 1/3 cup milk of choice
๐ 1 tsp maple syrup
๐จ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
๐ฅ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @promix)
๐ง 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions๐
๐ฉโ๐ณ Blend all ingredients either with a frother or in a shaker bottle
๐ง Pour over iced coffee or no ice at all (my preference lol) and enjoy!
