Happy Monday everyone! I am currently laying on the couch trying to get some work done (stayed home today), tea in hand, a tissue box beside me, and essential oils readily available, because I have the worst cold right now. Ugh. It’s pretty sucky, but I’ll be okay – I’m a tough cookie! ;)
So, this playlist is just some of what I’ve been listening to lately and all this morning. Actually, I just adore Sun Kil Moon and listen to him a lot. But recently, they’ve been on heavy rotation. Ingredients๐
โ๏ธ coffee! (I made decaf @purity_coffee (HULLOSAM to save $$) and then put it in the fridge to get cold overnight!)
๐ฅ 1/3 cup milk of choice
๐ 1 tsp maple syrup
๐จ 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
๐ฅ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @promix)
๐ง 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions๐
๐ฉโ๐ณ Blend all ingredients either with a frother or in a shaker bottle
๐ง Pour over iced coffee or no ice at all (my preference lol) and enjoy!
