Happy Labour Day everyone! What an amazing weekend it’s been! I traveled to Nashville with my family to visit my sis and her husband and we ate all the good foods, had great conversations, and just enjoyed one another’s company. Family is the best.

Ingredients👇
☕️ coffee! (I made decaf @purity_coffee (HULLOSAM to save $$) and then put it in the fridge to get cold overnight!)
🥛 1/3 cup milk of choice
🍁 1 tsp maple syrup
🍨 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
🥄 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @promix)
🧂 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions👇
👩🍳 Blend all ingredients either with a frother or in a shaker bottle
🧊 Pour over iced coffee or no ice at all (my preference lol) and enjoy!
