Happy Wednesday everyone! I’m super excited to share this video of the week with you! It’s my cousin Alex’s band Gypsies and Gentleman and their cover of The Temper Traps “Sweet Disposition“. It is REALLY GOOD too! My favourite cover of the song – and I am being as unbiased as possible – to this date. His vibrato and range is ridiculous, and the band is crazy talented! So proud of him (them all) and everything he’s done with this band!

✨RECIPE✨
Ingredients👇
☕️ coffee! (I made decaf @purity_coffee (HULLOSAM to save $$) and then put it in the fridge to get cold overnight!)
🥛 1/3 cup milk of choice
🍁 1 tsp maple syrup
🍨 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
🥄 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used @promix)
🧂 1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions👇
👩🍳 Blend all ingredients either with a frother or in a shaker bottle
🧊 Pour over iced coffee or no ice at all (my preference lol) and enjoy!
