Jordana Loves: The Honey Trees ‘Bright Fire’

It’s finally here, a new record by The Honey Trees! I discovered this lovely duo a few years ago on Myspace, ha! (those were the days). I remember instantly falling in love with Becky & Jacob’s beautiful melodies and almost perfect harmonies. I played their Wake the Earth EP over and over again, longing for more and alas! Here it is! Their new record ‘Bright Fire’ dropped in April, and like their last EP, this one has been on repeat a lot lately. This is the kind of album you just lay on your floor and listen to. It’s downright dreamy, whimsical, poetic and just beautiful. I especially love how 60’s inspired some of the tracks are. You’ll just have to take a listen for yourself!
