We’re all aware that the holidays are just around the corner…I mean, I think everyone decided to go Christmas crazy really early this year. It seems like all of my friends posts and videos are of Christmas decor or music! Just me? But for real, I’ll blink and the next thing I know it’s Christmas morning (LOL..)! Ok, I promise, I am going to keep the intro to this post simple, just like the gift guide. If you are wanting some ideas for gifts this year, here are some products/brands I have been loving and I personally think would make a lovely gift! Annnnnd 1, 2, 3…go!
I am enamoured with this months Petit Vour Beauty Box! It’s full of amazing, gorgeous products that will have your skin singing, even in this cooler weather!
I’ve recently been enjoying the monthly switch-up of illustrators for the description card that comes in each beauty box. The drawings are beautiful, no matter who the illustrator is – every time! This month, the design is by the wonderfully talented @daniellekroll. I particularly love the colour scheme! Pretty pops of red and blue, alongside pinks and other more muted shades. Danielle drew some classic cosmetics and skincare products lining two shelves. I think it’s the cutest thing – I’d personally blow this image up and hang it as a print in my bathroom! (Hmm, maybe I will…)
I’m always excited to announce Petit Vour‘s Beauty Boxes, but this month is somethin’ real special. Maybe it’s the fact that there’s a full size lipstick in there…you know me, I love my lipsticks! Or maybe it’s a combination of that and the rest of the amazing products – of course it is! ;) Either way, you’re going to love Petit Vour. I mean, how could you not? It’s a monthly subscription box that contains amazing vegan, cruelty-free and non-toxic beauty products…for only 15 bucks! Say what, Sammie?! That’s amazing! Yeah, I know..wait until you see what incredible products you’re getting! The beauty box comes delivered with four deluxe-sized (and sometimes full-sized, hence the lipstick this month) products. Are you sold yet? Okay…sit tight because I’m about to show you what’s in this months box!
Welcome back and happy August 24th! Can you believe it’s already almost September? I can’t. The summer flies by!
Let’s not waste any time! This month’s Petit Vour Beauty Box was all about Green Beauty Bliss! It came with such a cute description card too – as always – illustrated by the lovely Mia Charro. If you’ve never heard of Petit Vour, where’ve ya been!? Just kidding..haha. Petit Vour is a monthly subscription box that carries amazing non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free beauty products…for only 15 bucks! Yeah, that’s a steal for all the amazing products you’re getting – which are way over $15 by the way. The beauty boxes each come packed with four deluxe-sized (and sometimes full-sized) products. So great!
I’m always on the hunt for new, safe and clean cosmetics, skincare, body care–ALL THE CARE, basically–that I haven’t tried, and will leave me thinking “WOW! This is goooood!”. With that being said, I recently had the chance to connect with Mimi, the owner of Joy Provisions: an all–natural, luxury beauty shop. I’ve had many opportunities to work with clean beauty shops, all of which were (and still are) awesome! So, what sets apart Joy Provisions from the rest? Well first off, Mimi is the warmest, sweetest lady! She is down to earth, so sweet and incredibly professional. There’s something to be said about someone who can be friendly, relational and professional at the same. I feel like it can be a rare trait to find! I also love her company mission:
“Support is a big thing. Not everything deserves yours. We only pick the products that truly do.”
Welcome back to the second part of my skincare routine! Today we’re chatting about my Evening Skincare Routine. My end of the day, get-ready-for-bed, winding down skincare regimen is fairly simple…although my husband Davey would probably say it takes forever! Haha, it’s true though, I love to take my time with skincare. Cleansing and massaging and masking…it’s truly my favourite part of the day. If you read my Morning Skincare Routine, then you know all about my skin type, issues and all that fun stuff.
